Friday, November 30, 2007 ok b4 i get to my first japan post, i shall tell u abit about japan. its one hour ahead of singapore, its a seasonal country, so i went there during winter. and the temp was round 8 degrees. the hottest was 10 and the coldest was 5 degrees. 100 yen is $1.30 and most japs only speak japanese. their writing is more or less the traditional chinese writing or 'fan ti zi'. the country is super clean, so much so as wen u drop food on the floor u can pick it up and eat it, and when u drop a piece of litter on the floor u would want to pick it up cos it jus spoils the whole image. i think there is more rubbish on my classroom floor than the whole of disney land tokyo. 1st day/last day (all on plane only anyway) the first day was spent inside the aeroplane. as i am not a rich mans son, i had to sit on economy class (below busniess class) and its dam squeezy. its japan airlines but i think its the same as SIA. it has all cool japanese songs and even a personal screen where u can watch movies and play games. i also had a window seat. so i took some pics to share wif u all. b4 i forget, this pics are from my last day on my return flight. cos why? why 512mb memory card hecked up halfway on the first day, so i had to use my backup card instead. its small size of 64mb so i cant take much pics. never fear! on the third day or so, i bought a 1 gb card in japan! haha at dam cheap price also arnd 26 dollar. so in my upcoming album, i only spam pics after the thrid day. so yea, nothing much on the first or the last day as all are spent on the plane.

(got transformer also)   aerial views through my window other pics are of my lunch and some ppl in my tour group sleeping. as i promised them not to reveal their faces, i cant post it sorry. and the pics i will be showing are only scenery, none will have any faces. that will be in my album in my facebook account. Thursday, November 29, 2007 phew. finally back from a 5 day trip from japan! so dats why i hav not added anything yet. took loads of pics, and i will definitely share them with you. But not just yet. Ya got alot of things to say so i will seperate them. so for now i will say the things i did before i went to japan. wow never did i expect my holiday to be packed while others are complaining. thank God for the 3 week theolo or else i would be frantically looking for a part itme job to kip my self company now. outing to ubin very long never go ubin and cycle already so ask so ask two of my frens who are cycling passionisits (i dont even know if got such a word) to cycle wif me. sporting as always, they agreed. so took a bum boat down and cycled. met alot of stupid things and had loads of intresting scenery. we even climbed up the 30 metre tower and took in all the sights. getting lost is the best wen u are wif frens. so wen we got lost, we jus laughed our way out. no harm done, no blame placed. cycling was fun too, it was hard peddling up the steep slopes, and me, hu havnt cycled for a few months, had a hard time. going down was worse. but all to none, it was a refreshing experience after o levels. ya. even the slight or maybe heavy rain did not stop us. nor the bloodthirsty mosquitoes thirsty for our 'o' and 'a' type blood (sarcastic level 10). we also went to the famous poontoon and took a pic there.  i have many other pics on the scenery but are all in my phone and lazy to upload. maybe i will add to my facebook an album. in the future. new teens camp this is a camp in my church and i was a helper. man was it fun. i suddenly like looking after little children (well not really little considering them being sec 1 and pri 6). some of them are just so funny and cute just like during the game i was stationed to look after how they played it was so, fun? after that while the kids wash the toilets, the other helpers of IY was slacking in the library and playing UNO and DOTA. haha dota so funny. and after that, till 3am in the morinig, we were still watching youtube vids. it was after our super unhealthy barbecue. why? cos the wings were deepfried. (how to deepfry a chicken wing on barbecue?) yes you can if u add 5 spoonfuls of oil to 1 wing. whats worse is that the inside is still not cooked. the sotong balls are also a "delicacy" cos they were hot on the outside, and as cold as sashimi on the inside. but no food posioning still... hard stomach wall to tahan all the junk. well i shall leave it here for now, but i just have to share with you this. my new fav songs are japanese pop songs. i just got addicted to them while on the plane to japan. and my fav artiste is Angela Aki! haha some call her the angel from heaven. here is one of her songs. though she is not popular, her voice is darn good. i wanna learn japanese, who is intrested can learn wif me, whoever who knows can teach me!

Wednesday, November 21, 2007 so late posting due to over hectic schedule to make use of my last few days in singapore before i leave for japan and then to my theolo (yea man!!!) so lets start where we left off. how about at grad nite?  though i took loads of photos i will have to take awhile to upload them into comp and convert them from gif to jpg. stupid cam! oh and if any of u i took pics with can send me the photos as well? much thanks. i also dun think i will put so many pic here as it could lagg up those with slower internet. muhaha im so considerate. so i will compile it into an album then maybe post it somewhere else.grad nite was the hottest night this month. its just too great. the last time and stuff really sets things straight for u. for example, i thought i would not be sitting with my 3 good friends in the same table as our register numbers were so far apart but waddya know? i was the LAST one to be seated there!!! yesssssssss. then had all sorts of weird techno music and some games. i won the pass the parcle thingy but it turned out to be just a card so i gave it to someone else. haha. next was some oscars thingy and prom queen thingy. haha both i voted was voted in. took vids of the whole thing and thanks for other additional vids form frens. the food was nice, but i expected more for paying such a big sum. u might say 60 is no big deal. yea. but i paid over a few hundred bucks for stupid formal dressing. so yea. anyway, it was woth it for the time and all. i even won a thumbdrive. 20th prize. abit disappointed wen i got it cos it meant no chance of getting the psp. but wadda heck. still better than nothing. 1gb summore. can store up to hundred more songs to transfer to my laptop in the future. i was actually 10 mins late for the whole thing, but as i said nothing can spoil this nite, and yea, the thing did not start when we reached there yet. more things later... bro wants to use comp so irritating

Thursday, November 15, 2007 THE 2007 O LEVELS HAS ENDED ON A HIGH NOTE MAN!!!  nothing could have been better. then why is it 2 notes from the highest note then?? 1. the o levels ended on my birthday. 2.i missed half an hour of heroes die to bio paper. other than that, its been the best eva. the whole 2 months of slogging paid off he he. hopefully. tonite got graduation nite so i'll save the best till tomorrow (or maybe im just lazy to think now dat its almost 4pm and im meeting my frens at 5..) hope this nite would be an unforgettable one! ps. i so love windows media player (i know u will ask me why i dun use i tunes :cos they cant play some format and im lazy to convert) as the shuffle option is really funny. im listening to a sad song and suddenly after that got some lame grunt then play a fast song. this is due to my sound effects library, from many games and since they are all mp3, the library jus accepts them. so its like im listening to a sad jay chou song and rite after that there sounds "you noob frag harder!". haha from my sound collection. Or... when i playing some click five song then after that i hear the windows shutting down music. haha even windows media player plays dat. LOL! everythings so funny after o levels.

Thursday, November 08, 2007  i wish that i had more things to talk about but o level has taken al my memories away haha. went ya so went shopping with one of my classmate and 404 frens. so stupid looking at aladin shoes and caps. and a 100 dollar blazer. wow. looks like that night will cost much. to think that my class wants to book a hotel on that night as well. good idea, though i may have to sacrifice my ps3 for a while. walked the whole orchard road at least twice, and only bought little stuff. sianz. revoltage stuff looks promising though. looking forward to a new life in the future.
