a waterful holiday

ok folks this is the post on the june holidays...saved up from the start till now.one month of post squeezed into one.this post is about the things i did...not so important things are missed out.....

here goes...(bear with it) its rewarding i assure you

ok i told you the details of the camp before...so i will tell you what i missed out.

-people who read the previous exclusive post would discover that i missed out the details of the first day. So what happened? Well, we first went for rock climbing at GEYLANG. We climbed and had to touch the celing.Did i do it. NO. i didnt. my xinmin shoe was too big for my own good and thusi had to use extra effort to step on the rocks. when i slipped down, i think i tore my arm muscle cos i had difficulty moving it later onwards. Never mind. i am used to this kind of things. so later we went to pasir ris park. we had in line skating there but it began to rain. we had to wait for it to stop and wait for it to end before continuing on the event. thats about it.

oh and my captain said that my attitude sucks because i said i dunno where my group put the poles. all i can say to him now is "look who is talking,golf ball."

forgot to tell you that the day before that, we had archery. i hit the bull eye only once.

ok i and 3 other friends went to PLAZA singapuara to watch x men 3 the last stand. was quite a comotion at first as we could not get any tickets at many different places. so i and mervin afeter alanang lesson at school went to plaza to check for tickets. we were lucky. i bought tickets for the others: dawn,caroline and farah...who were supposed to come later....ok. later dawn said she cannot come. wth...i had to go return it. so i learnt an important lesson. golden village tickets can be refunded... just act cute abit, persuade abit, and have a little guts and if the person is in a good mood, it would be refunded. movie was quite nice.

Wa! i always look forward to camps like these. always so nice. i camped for 4 days as the first day was only ice breaker(i dunno why we need this as we already noe one another so well) and registration. the camp was over all indoors. its really fun man. there were lots of activities and you get to saboh the girls at some. but in the end, we, the boys got saboh-ed instead.we had a water bomb game that had to pass on one another and hope that it would not burst at you. alot exploded and we were soaking wet. the camp ended with an outing at a fishing village. we saw some pricey fish that cost up to 10k! we also saw some fighting fish. kynton found a big bug and used it to scare the girls. he then lost it as it fell into some lonkang. then it began to rain. most of the boys cooperated and caught alot of fish after we found out that the net was not enough. the girls, seeing that we caught so much fish, 3 tankfuls to be exact, decided to COPY. no brainers.

the stall holder was turning red and asked us to return all the fish and gave us new ones but definitely lesser than what we caught. when we got back, we decided to play with the fish. Azriel went on to put the fish in his mouth and we filmed it. gross man. we then found out that if you put fish in cold water, it would like go into a coma and float to the top. we thought they died but when we added hot water, they began swimming again. revival. then we decided to boil some. poor thing i noe. but to satisfy our curiousity, we did it. call us evil, we cal it being men.

there was a youth gathering consisting of all 3 churches for an outing to sentosa. cool man, was quite long before i went to sentosa. so the whole group of about 19 people meet at harbour front. a gang man. sentosa was a nice place. we started by the boys playing soccer and the girls playing volley ball or captain ball. beach soccer is nice, but after it you get really tired and your toes get numb. we then played what my friends called advance monkey. its like monkey but that there will be more than 1 monkey and the monkey will set rules like spinning 5 times and stand on one leg and throw. there was one person, yvonne, who we wanted to saboh her to be the permenant monkey. ok we failed. after that we went on a treasure hunt and when it was about to rain,we wrote sos messages on the sand for planes to see. wa! on the tower really can see man. after the rain, we went to try the skyride and lunge. dam fun man the lunge. it like a go cart.i bang everyone like a maniac and speed down the slope. well, after that, we went home.

bintan is an island, so i have to take a boat there. i went with my cousins.the boat was dam rock man. the tides was really strong. ai ya nothing much we did there but go to the beach and get wet, again. played beach volleyball. oh then on the last day, i and my cousins went to play laser quest. its like counter strike. you take guns, shoot on the shoulders, front, back, and the gun and you score a point. you run about in a dark room and shoot, snipe, assult people. i got the highest points. thats needed if you wana be a halo god. quick reflexes. thats about it.

mervin decided to go to wild wild wet(WWW) to get a tan. ok no prob. except that i will have to get wet, AGAIN. its fun man. we went on the shoik river, the u bend thingy and o-lala, a big slide. zhijian and mervin and i keep going on the shoik river. its nice. ooo, i forgot to tell you that when we rented the locker, i forgot to put my shirt in. had to place it outside and hope that noone steals it. the tsunami ar wave pool was nice. drifting about on the float is like so fun.

thats about it.

can you believe it? i have to go to an island, and the place that brought me bad memories during the bb camp for the second time. oh i was late. i apperently over slept and misjudged the time. in the end i was half an hour late. lucky my teacher did not scold me. first we had to wade on the beach and get wet again to look for water roots or something. then we went further in to take a look at the inland wild life. that was about it.

its a waterful holiday indeed...

oh man...is England good or not? or is it famous for nothing? people were expecting a 5 nil in the favour of england when it was scheduled to fight against paraguay. even during singapore idol, i watched it before the show at 9 pm on saturday,the messages displayed said that england would trash.

ok so i thought, great. nice. i was hoping for a good show. i flipped over to the world cup premium channel abit after 9 pm and to my amazement it was already 1 nil in favour of england. just 3 min into the game. and they scored, and yes, i missed it. but when they played the replay, it showed that it was a self deflection by paraguay. England DID NOT score on its own. it was an own goal.

never mind...it could do better right? WRONG! not only did it not score, i got bored and switched off the telly and went to sleep. i woke up before the game ended and it was still 1 nil.

LAME.

does england count on an own goal to win? it shows so in the FIRST ROUND. would i dare bet a penny on england from now on? depending on an own goal to beat PARAGUAY?
